I'm Vanessa Godwin, a U.S. Navy veteran, wife, mother and real estate professional serving Jacksonville and Northeast Florida.

One of my greatest passions is helping military families use their Basic Allowance for Housing and VA home loan benefits to build equity and long-term financial opportunity. As a veteran, I understand relocation, uncertainty and wanting stability for your family.
